Hello my name is Cheryl Butler

I am a certified teacher, mental health counselor and wellness coach.

I have passionately been helping individuals learn to thrive for over 20 years.

I am trained in recovery from addictions, co-dependency, grief/loss, trauma/abuse, women’s issues, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, weight loss and nutrition.

I hold a Masters degree in counseling and have trained with holistic health practitioners, nutritionists, MD’s, and specialists in mind/body healing.

Cheryl's Approach - Individual Programs

Have you ever had your own personal health coach, to sit down with you and create a plan that will best suit you?    Together we explore your journey with your health, what you have learned about food, your relationship with food, and sort out what has been holding you back from achieving your goals.   Your lifestyle, metabolic needs, likes, dislikes, and lifestyle will all be a factor in developing your program. 

Lifestyle

We will embrace each aspect of what makes you unique; your gifts and talents, your passions, work, relationships, spirituality, family, stressors, exercise, and diet.  We will explore various aspects of our lives that bring us health and harmony or discord and disease.   You will learn the value and impact of good self-care.

Exercise

The very best exercise is the one you will DO!
What have you always wished you could learn?  To dance, to swim, how about mountain biking?  Do that thing!   Exercise doesn’t always mean an hour in front of the video, or treadmill.  If it’s FUN, you are more likely to do it! 
In the simplest form, walking is the absolute best way to get moving, breathing, getting out and moving is what it’s all about!
